Tenuta L’Impostino

Tenuta L’Impostino is located in the hills of the Tuscan Upper Maremma, in the Montecucco DOCG category. We are at the crossroads of climatic and pedological conditions of two cultures, the hinterland of central Tuscany and the coastal region of the Tyrrhenian shore.
Having been an old post house for centuries, it has been transformed into a modern construction, combining deep respect for nature and its environment, with a highly professional approach to winemaking and business management.

Over the last 25 years, we have invested not only in the renovation of existing buildings, but also in the creation of a new centre for the production of high quality wines able to optimally represent a territory considered wild for many years. In developing this process, the company immediately embraced organic production, in order to better understand and safeguard this land. In addition to being certified Organic from the 2018 vintage, we have joined the Biopass project.
