Maciarine

Maciarine was born in Seggiano in 2005 in an environment particularly suited to viticulture in the midst of an incredible landscape.

The first vineyards were planted immediately, placed on a slight slope that descends towards the Orcia between 330 and 400 metres above sea level.

Four hectares of Sangiovese with a small portion dedicated to Cabernet and Petit Verdot, all organically grown, oriented half south and half south-west.

Immersed in a pristine nature with breathtaking views of the charming village of Seggiano and the olive groves that define the lower part of Mount Amiata, the Castles of Potentino and Velona, Sant’Antimo and Sant’Angelo in Colle in the neighboring Montalcino and finally the beautiful sunset over the village of Montenero. Nature shaped by man, giving it the kind of beauty that only “wise hands” can create.
